Dennis, This is a great trainer. Unfortunately it needs a 12 lb flywheel instead of the little one they put on it. I bolted a 10 lb barbel to this flywheel and took off the outer 1/2 of the resistance unit so that the resistance spindle rotates freely. Use an angle grinder to balance the weight on the flywheel. Slap it back together and you have a pro model Kinetic trainer. Add more weight to simulate streamliner riding. It's almost as good as riding outside.
