This is a custom 15 gear freehub body that I wire edm-ed out of A2 steel. The fit came out real nice. I was suprised that I guessed the geometry right the first time around.
I still need to make the alloy slider that goes inside to hold the cluster together and house the bushings. This Freehub body is for a sliding cassette shifting system I'm working on for a streamliner project. Similar to the Mango's (http://www.kingcycle.co.uk/hpvs/Kingcycle.html)shifting system, maybe.
